The rain had just cleared as he came to the beach. The sand was still wet and heavy, almost like clay. He dragged his heel through the soft material, leaving long grooves behind – as if someone took a scoop.

Scoop is an instant idea that has been refined into timeless objects for your home.

The design is highly geometrical. It is composed with a circular profile that removes material from a rectangular plank, resulting in a contrast between the softly curved inside and the clear-cut outside. Fascinating details are revealed by letting the cuts intersect and pass through the sharp corners.

Nordic Breeze

Before I even put pen to paper, I think a few decades ahead. Would people still love my interior fifty years into the future? What materials would best suit the air and temperature? Will I be making homes for a colony on Mars? Creating something new yet timeless is my mission. I give nods to more classic shapes and silhouettes, but apply a certain tropical-Island element to the mix. Above all, my artform is about contemporary luxury. This is interior for the house of tomorrow.

AKS participated in the distribution of chain stores and associated campaigns. Quantity sales, brand awareness and merchandising became important focuses in this collaboration.

AKS influences in sales, distribution strategy, industry input, hiring, exhibitions, and fairs. Product/Staff and Company training, as well as implementation of sales toolbox is the updated core of the collaboration.

Mat på Bordet - Ina Johnsen

Nominated best food blog of the year 2016, and THE best food blog 2015, Her name is Ina-Janine Johnsen and she lives in Oslo with her husband, two daughters, and dogs, and she loves to cook!
She was born in Germany and lived in Canada, the United States, Switzerland and Great Britain, but for the last 10 years, the family has lived here in Norway. She is educated interior designer and worked in Switzerland and Norway in hotel and restaurant design as project manager. She has also worked in private furnishings and several of her projects have been published in Norwegian and international magazines.

Her new beachfront home now houses the new outline couch series from muuto, Designed by Andersen & Voll.



Over the course of 30 years, Brilleland has grown to become one of Norway's leading optical chains, with low prices and high quality go hand in hand with professional expertise.

AKS drew the concept store in Akersgaten 12, after studying the art of exposure design. The purpose was to enhance the exposure, to understand the psychology of their customers´ pattern of action and to optimize m2 embracing the Brilleland brand, yet modernize and update the layout. We had 7 years of experience working together when finalizing this concept store.
